The location of this hotel is absolutely breathtaking. With stunning views of the water hole and the surrounding African scenery, it creates a truly immersive and memorable experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploration. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that your needs are met throughout your stay. The buffet-style meals are delicious, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes. the hotel provides a great value for money, making it perfect for large groups or families.

One area where the hotel could improve is in the coverage of the tables during dinner. The dim lighting and open area attract insects, which can be intrusive and spoil the dining experience.

The views from the terrace were absolutely breathtaking, with the opportunity to spot a variety of animals at the watering hole. It was a great experience to see them up close. The food and bar at the lodge were fantastic, with a wide selection and friendly staff. It was a pleasure to enjoy delicious meals and drinks during our stay. The location of the lodge was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and going on safari. We were able to visit key highlights and see a variety of wildlife during our drives.

The small pool area was a bit too hot for sunbathing, making it less enjoyable to relax by the pool. The lodge seemed to have a high flow of guests, which made it difficult to get the personal touch and individual attention that we were hoping for.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. We were in awe of the beauty surrounding us. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.

One downside was the food at the hotel. We found it to be average and not as flavorful as we had hoped.

I also loved the location of the hotel, it was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The staff went above and beyond to make New Year's Eve special with their fantastic entertainment.

The food was delightful and the rooms were lovely, with stunning views of the Chulyu hills. The lodge also offered exceptional hospitality for children and even provided accommodation and food for our driver. This hotel's unique location allowed us to observe animals that were not easily spotted during our drives through the park. my stay at Kilaguni Serena was nothing short of amazing!

Stunning Wildlife Views and Impeccable Service

During my recent stay at this lodge, I was amazed by the breathtaking views of the waterhole and the incredible wildlife sightings. I spent hours on my balcony, watching elephants quench their thirst and even had the privilege of witnessing two majestic lions drinking side by side in the middle of the night. It was an experience I will never forget.

The value for money at Serena was excellent and the room was cozy and inviting. The location offered breathtaking views of the Savannah and the staff treated me with the utmost care and attention.

Menu for breakfast could use more variety.
